Field & Fork is a sustainable agriculture teaching farm on UF’s campus, focused on education, research, and production for the Hitchcock Field & Fork Pantry. We’ve worked on some seed production research projects with local researchers and Working Food, and are excited to explore more collaborations on variety trials and seed saving.
